Here, let's discuss about how to replace data in Excel workbook using Replace command. The shortcut for Replace is Ctrl+H
If you want to quickly find specific text in Excel from database, then find feature is very useful
1. Press Ctrl+H.
2. Provide name which you want to search. Also, mention the name which you want to replace.
For example, here we want to replace "Shruti" with "Ankita".
Click on "Replace All" to replace all the occurrences of name "Shruti" with "Ankita".
If you want to check before replacing text then click on Replace. It will find your search and replace it one by one.
