How to print Titles (Top row) on every page?


You can specify the title of the page which is printed on every page of the worksheet. This can make your printed copy easier to read.

Steps to print titles:

1. On the Page Layout tab, click Print Titles.

The Page Setup dialog box appears.

To repeat row at the top of each printed page,You can select the row manually.For Example,To print first three row, write $1:$3.

Or you can click in the corresponding box and select row.

Select the rows.

After completing the selection, click on the corresponding box and then press OK.

The Page Setup dialog box appears. Click OK.

Give the Print command (Ctrl + P). OR Go to the File Menu and click on print button for print preview.
